foods?
A:Absolutely.
We stock only the highest quality
meat (Kosher) and seafood (fish
with scales) produce available
and PackaBarrel.com pride themselves
on picking only the best for
you. In fact, we have Produce
Specialists who are trained
to choose only the freshest
produce. And before an order
can leave our doors, it' is
checked by our Specialist for
accuracy and proper packaging.
Live animals may also be available
in certain Islands.
Q:What
if I am looking for a product
PackaBarrel.com doesn't carry?
A:Let
us know! We try to keep the
products in our inventory in
stock at all times. However,
from time to time, due to increased
demand, an item you ordered
may be out of stock. In these
cases, we will try to substitute
the out of stock item for an
item of equal value and quality.
If the substituted item is a
"lesser brand," it
has been offered to you for
your convenience and not to
save us money. The substitution
will be brought to your attention
when your order is delivered
unless we are able to reach
you by phone earlier. You will
always have the option of refusing
any substitution, therefore
your account will be credited.

first time you shop at PackaBarrel.com
will be much like your first
trip to a grocery store; it
will take some time finding
everything you want to purchase.
But use our Search feature or
All Products tab to find your
order as quickly as possible.
Just type in the items you are
looking for, and we'll take
you right to those shelves.
Q:How
far in advance do I need to
order?
A:In
most Islands we offer Same Day
Delivery. Available delivery
times are filled on a first-come,
first-serve basis. We recommend
placing your order early in
the day before your desired
delivery date. You can even
place an order up to several
weeks in advance.
Q:Can
I shop for relatives if I live
in America or outside the Caribbean?
A:Certainly.
As long as the person for whom
you are shopping lives within
our shipping/delivery areas,
you can shop for them and even
pay for their order.

do you delivery my groceries?
A:Our experience staff pick and carefully pack your groceries in Barrels or corrugated
Boxes to maintain quality from local warehouses. And
we deliver in
& Trucks. Some items are
not eligible for free delivery
due to the size or weight of
the package.
Q:Do
I need to be home to receive
a delivery?
A:Packabarrel.com
calls our customers on the phone
before items are
delivered. Someone must be at
home to receive shipment.
You’ll be well informed.
If no one is available to receive
your order, attempt will be
made to redeliver the order,
subject to a $25 redelivery
fee. Deliveries that are not
rescheduled will be subject
to a $50 restocking fee
Q:What
if I receive my order and realize
that I ordered the wrong item
or I receive an item I didn't
order?
A:Your
satisfaction is our number one
priority. If an item is missing
from your order or not acceptable,
you should note this on the
driver's copy of the invoice
and customer service will issue
you a credit automatically within
48 hours. If you are not able
to note this, please contact
us at feedback@PackaBarrel.com
or 1-718-708-6146
and tell us exactly what was
missing or unacceptable about
your order and the order ID
number. We will either arrange
for a redelivery depending on
your location or issue a credit
for the item to your credit
card. If you need to return
a product, you can give it to
your PackaBarrel.com delivery
driver and you will receive
a credit on your next order.

make it right. Just call our
Customer Service department

A:Delivery FEE ranges from $20 to $50. FREE
DELIVERY during hurricane seasons to the Caribbean only.

on sale. Our sales run from
Sunday to Friday.

even makes paying for your groceries
and hardware easy with credit
cards. In markets where we have
our offices located, payment
options are Cash and Money Orders.
